I want to thank you for your help in buying my Park Hoover condo. At every
point, you went above and beyond typical agent services. (This is my sixth
home purchase, and a family member formerly was in real estate, so I have a
good basis for comparison.) My purchase had some unusual features, but you
helped me get the home I wanted.
The fact that I was transitioning into retirement through a layoff, and thus
did not yet have my pension/social security income established complicated
getting a loan. But you were able to suggest STAR Financial Bank, with which
I am well satisfied as a lender, banker and investment broker. My purchase
was by no means a "big deal" in financial terms, but you treated me as if I
were buying a home that cost ten times as much.
You also were representing the seller, who lives in another country, but at
no time did I feel like either she or I was being slighted. And you saw to
it that everything went smoothly and we closed on schedule. (In contrast, my
brother -- who lives in Hawaii but currently is visiting Indiana -- is
buying an ocean-view condo in Hawaii. Because he wasn't physically present
in Hawaii, the closing was delayed long enough that he lost a major
concession the seller had agreed to if the deal closed by June 15.)
Dan Bowden was my realtor for the recent purchase of my first home. He was extremely helpful in walking me through the process and explaining it thoroughly since this was my first experience with buying or selling a home. It was great to have someone with so many years of experience that was familiar with the entire city of Indianapolis because I was unsure of my desired location. It was also tremendously helpful that Dan was familiar with the tax credit to be issued to first-time homebuyers.
I was also especially pleased with the relationship that Dan built with me. The process was hurried because I was currently without a rental house (tree damage) and more so that I fell in love with the second house we visited. Dan worked very hard to meet my schedule, which was not easy since I work full time and attend school at night.
Since I am young, I appreciated that Dan took me seriously and respected my opinions, wants and needs. Dan is a good person and truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan to any prospective customer in the real estate market.

I wanted to take this time to thank you for all the help you provided me up to, during, and after the purchase of my home. I remember when we first met at the Starbucks, it was actually a coincidence because I was looking at properties online and thinking I should start talking to someone about what direction I wanted to go in. If you remember, I had just moved to Indy and wouldn't be ready to purchase a home until the following year. One of the things that is amazing about you is even though you knew I wasn't looking to purchase a home right away, you were always available to answer any questions I had. I don't remember how many times I called on you during that year before I was ready to start looking for my place, but you were always there.
When I finally started my search you were patient, understanding, professional, and very genuine about making sure I made the purchase that I could live with. This was evident in the many showing we went to. Some of these showing served as "educational pit stops" that we would make, so I had knew what to look for in terms of defects and shortcomings in a property. During the showings you displayed your wealth of knowledge and I became more and more confident after every showing. You encouraged me to think of the long term when I wanted put an offer on the duplex that had only one bedroom on each side. I also had to consider the potential problems that may have risen from the easement that was adjacent to property next another place I looked at. You just really made me feel like you had my interest in mind, especially when we began saying things like. "Look at places where you know you will be comfortable making the payments" and "don't be in a rush to put an offer on the property".
And here I am a year after purchasing my property (and just as happy with the purchase as I was at closing), you still are available for any questions and an occasional lunch. If there was a standard that every agent were to strive for, Gadi you would be a that perfect standard. Thanks for everything!

Inna and I wanted to take a moment to formally thank you for your terrific service as our
realtor when we recently bought our new home. In what turned out to be a real stressful
situation for us, you were there every step ofthe way, making sure that we were taking
care of all the hoops through which we had to jump- in some cases, even anticipating
some that we didn't even know to consider.
From the beginning, I can imagine that we were a tough case for you- being out of town
and only able to look at homes every few weeks made for a long process, and then once
in town our difficulty in selling our old home and finding financing I'm sure tried your
patience.
In an industry where most people are only trying to get the biggest sale they can as
quickly as possible, you proved to us over and over that our happiness was your chief
concem. For example, when we finally found a house we liked, you insisted that we
keep looking, even though we were ready to work on buying it. As it turned out, it was
the next house we saw that we ending up getting; a house we'd have never seen had we
called it quits.
But, even at that point, things certainly didn't get any easier, as the builder provided
circumstances that you'd admittedly never encountered. Yet you represented our
interests in ways that I can imagine even veteran realtors- who'd been through that
before- would not have. For example the fact that you insisted they provide us with
copies of the checks paid to contractors has already come in handy multiple times (not to
mention it has assured us that there are not going to be people knocking on our door
looking for their money!).
As it turns out, I'm pretty certain that ours was a unique set ofobstacles that you never
thought could be combined into one client, but you were thoroughly helpful every step of
the way. We are extremely happy with our purchase, and extremely happy with the
decision we made to work with you.

I want to tell you about my real estate agent— Mr. Gadi Boukai. I met Gadi through a mutual friend who knew that I was looking to buy a house. After my second meeting with Mr. Boukai I decided that he was the agent for me, and indeed I was proven right. Gadi helped me find the perfect home for my needs, satisfying all the criteria that I spelled out for him when we first met. He counseled me all through the search process and referred me to sources of real estate information that I was not aware of. This certainly helped me in my decision making.
Gadi has a wealth of information and knowledge in his field and knew how to answer all my questions in detail and with much patience. Gadi was always at my service and allowed me, even encouraged me, to go back again and again to the property I was considering to purchase until I was sure about my choice.
Upon making the decision to purchase, Mr. Boukai helped me through the whole process of submitting an offer and assisted me in purchasing the house at 80% of its market value! Gadi continued giving me his excellent service throughout the closing process, and demonstrated extensive knowledge in his field and utmost professionalism. He helped me through some serious last minute problems that came up, showing patience, loyalty and the ability to pull things together at a moment's notice.
Gadi was always willing to help at all levels of the purchase process, doing things other agents may not bother to handle– all with the customer in mind. To summarize, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an excellent, patient and very professional REALTOR to utilize Gadi Boukai's service for purposes of purchasing or selling a property.
